Jackie Hart

Jackie Hart has extensive experience in healthcare management, serving Haven Hospice since November 1990 in various leadership roles, including Director of Clinical Operations, Director of Clinical Practice, Director of West Coast Operations, Director of Clinical Education, and Director of Access. In these positions, Jackie Hart has been instrumental in overseeing staff education, managing referrals and admissions across 18 counties in North Florida, and ensuring efficient responses to service requests. Prior to joining Haven Hospice, Jackie Hart worked as an Oncology RN at North Florida Regional Hospital from June 1980 to June 1991, responsible for patient care and chemotherapy administration. Jackie Hart holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from the University of Central Florida (2013-2015) and a BSN in Nursing from the University of Florida (2003-2005).
