René Bouman

René Bouman has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as a Contract Manager for Stichting Havensteder since February 2023, after holding the position of Purchaser at the same organization since September 2014. Prior roles include Contract Administrator and Purchasing Team Leader at Woonstad Rotterdam, where leadership was provided to a team of five.
