Allon Amitai

Allon Amitai, MD MPH, is an experienced Emergency Physician currently serving at Hawaii Pacific Health since November 2014, where responsibilities include emergency medicine and urgent care clinical care, particularly in trauma and various emergencies. Also active in disaster planning as Chair of the hospital Disaster Planning Committee, Allon focuses on quality improvement protocols for sepsis and stroke. In addition, Allon holds a position with LIFESUPPORT Patient Transport since October 2012, providing medical escort services in international health and travel medicine. Previous experience includes work at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center from 2009 to October 2014, engaging in emergency medicine, pediatrics, and medical education. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Health from Brown University and a Doctor of Medicine from Tel Aviv University, among other degrees.
