Ryan Gervais

Ryan Gervais is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and customer service industry, currently serving as the Director of Reservations at Hawks Cay Resort since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Revinate as Contact Center Manager from June 2021 to September 2024 and held positions at Northwestern Mutual and PGA National Resort & Spa, where Ryan excelled as a Financial Representative and Director of Revenue Management, respectively. Ryan's experience extends back to various leadership roles, including Director of Sales and Marketing at both Tideline Ocean Resort and Spa and HIPPOCRATES HEALTH INSTITUTE, as well as Director of Reservation Sales at The Breakers. Notably, Ryan spent over 14 years at Mohegan Sun Casino in executive positions overseeing call center operations and customer relations. Early career commenced at Foxwoods Resort Casino as a FOCUS team member.
