Alessandro Cesana

Alessandro Cesana is a seasoned professional in workplace strategy and design, currently serving as the Head of Ideation at Haworth since March 2023. Previously, Alessandro worked at Unispace as an Associate in Workplace Strategy & Change from March 2022 to March 2023 and at M Moser Associates from January 2019 to January 2022 as a Workplace Strategist & Change Manager, where efforts emphasized the implementation of agile workspaces in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes roles at DP Architects focusing on retail projects, HELEN REED DESIGN LIMITED on residential design, CierreEsse srl in F&B design, and a freelance position as a furniture designer. Alessandro holds a laurea degree in Interior Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design, completed in 2012.
