Mark Fortino

Mark Fortino is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking sector. Currently serving as President of Hawthorn Wealth Management at Hawthorn Bank since September 2024, Mark previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Country Club Bank from August 2019 to September 2024 and was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Bank of Blue Valley from May 1998 to June 2019. Additionally, Mark contributed to Blue Valley Ban Corp, Blue Valley Investment Corporation, and Blue Valley Building Corp as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mark's expertise also extends to academia, having served on the Accounting and Information Systems Advisory Board at The University of Kansas, including a term as Chair. With early career experience as Audit Manager at BKD, LLP, and involvement with the Mid Continent Council Girl Scouts as Treasurer, Mark Fortino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
