Asanka Ratnayake

Asanka Ratnayake, PhD, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Director at Hayleys Advantis Limited since June 2022, Asanka previously held the position of Group Director at Hayleys Advantis Ltd from August 2008 to September 2022. Additional leadership roles include Director positions at CMA CGM Lanka Pvt Ltd, Mountain Hawk Express Pvt Ltd, and Air Global Ltd. Asanka's academic achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Strategic Management from the International University of America, a CMA in Finance Management from the Academy of Finance, and an MBA from the Imperial Institute of Higher Education. Early education was completed at St Anthony's College in Sri Lanka.
