Rob Cheshire

Rob Cheshire has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Educator, Department Chair, and Instructional Coach at Hays Consolidated Independent School District since June 2022. Previously, as Coordinator of Social Studies for Hays CISD from July 2014 to June 2022, Rob supervised and supported student achievement in K-12 social studies, emphasizing aligned curricula and professional development. Prior roles include School Development Coach at New Tech Network, where Rob contributed to transformative educational practices, and Educator at Austin Independent School District, focusing on project-based curriculum for high-need schools. Early career experience includes business development at Dell. Rob holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Georgia.
