Rula Jumah

Rula Jumah, MBA, is an experienced professional in project management and business development, currently serving as Project Manager/Sr. Bid Manager at HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates since June 2024. Prior roles include Senior Bid Manager at JT+Partners, Bid Manager at Serco, and Senior Business Development Manager at dezigntechnic, among others. Rula has a strong background in proposal management and commercial consultancy, demonstrated through positions such as Head of Tenders Unit at Consulting Engineering Center and Head of Proposal and Markets at Arabtech Jardaneh.
