Dukyung “Du” Yoo is a seasoned professional in real estate development with extensive experience in analytical and project management roles. Currently, Dukyung serves as a Senior Analyst at both Hudson's Bay Company and Streetworks Development. Previous experience includes a position as a Real Estate Associate/Project Manager at Borough Equities, where Dukyung successfully underwrote over $1.7 billion in investment opportunities and managed a portfolio of projects totaling over 620,000 square feet. Earlier positions include analyst roles at HAP Investments LLC and a real estate and planning internship at Empire State Development. Dukyung holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California.
