Alister Clarke

Alister Clarke is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Finance for HBX Group since October 2023, Alister also holds the position of Head Of Finance at Hotelbeds since June 2018 and has been involved with GTA in dual roles as Head of Reporting and Senior Finance Manager since June 2016. Alister's career includes a managerial role at Kuoni Global Travel Services, where responsibilities include GTS Finance Projects management, along with significant experience as a Senior Finance Manager at Octopus.com and a Manager in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Earlier positions include a Corporate Finance Executive at Vantis Corporate Finance and an Audit Senior at Vantis plc. Alister is an ACA graduate from the ICAEW and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
