Diego Sanz Fenollar

Diego Sanz Fenollar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Transformation in Operations at HBX Group since September 2024, Diego leads the design and planning of strategic initiatives to enhance global Operations. Previously, as Country Manager at Transcom, responsibility included driving operational excellence and financial performance for service delivery centers in Spain. Diego held the role of Vice President Operations - Nearshore at Majorel France, where a new international division was developed, and significant revenue growth was achieved. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Arvato CRM Solutions, Arval BNP Paribas Group, and IBM, with a proven track record in client relationship management, operational startup, and team integration. Diego's educational background includes a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School and a Post-Graduate degree in CX Operations.
