Laura Kinnard

Laura Kinnard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and information technology. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at HCA Healthcare since May 2000, Laura leads initiatives impacting over 3,500 IT employees. Previous roles include Director of IT Organizational Effectiveness and various leadership positions within HCA, including Director of Information Technology & Services, where responsibilities encompassed portfolio management. Laura's career also includes serving as VP and CIO of Information Systems at AIM Healthcare and IT Director at Bright Horizons. Academically, Laura holds an MBA from American Sentinel College and a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
