Chris Healey

Chris Healey is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience across multiple technology firms, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Operations / Central Engineering at HCLSoftware since September 2019. In this role, Chris leads a team of over 50 professionals supporting a larger organization of 2000+ members within the Digital Solutions Business Unit. Prior to HCLSoftware, Chris was Director of Central Engineering at Kronos Incorporated, where impactful engineering productivity enhancements were achieved, and also played a significant role at Cisco, where Chris established and grew an operations team within the Customer Contact Business Unit. Chris began professional career as a Software Developer at The CCS Companies and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science with a focus on Business from Saint Anselm College.
