Tom Allen

Tom Allen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product management and technical leadership. Currently, Tom serves as a Senior Product Manager at HCLSoftware since January 2023. Previously, Tom held roles at Lucidworks, where responsibilities included managing the Predictive Merchandiser application and overseeing the Fusion suite. Tom also acted as Director of Commerce Applications, contributing to the company’s shift towards the Digital Experience Platform market. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director and Practice Lead at Cirrus10, where Tom managed development teams and led various projects related to Web Content Management and search technologies. Earlier roles include UX Developer at Group Health Cooperative and multiple consulting positions at Open Text and Vignette. Tom holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington, obtained in 2007.
