Jamila Haddad

Jamila Haddad is an experienced professional in product development and regulatory compliance, currently serving as NPD Formulation - Regulatory & QC Manager and previously as New Product Development Technologist at HCT Group since September 2014. At HCT Group, Jamila drives product development across Europe and the Far East, managing the entire product development process from concept to launch and ensuring quality standards are upheld. Prior to this, Jamila worked as Efficacy Assessment Project Leader at YVES-ROCHER Group, focusing on developing methods to assess the efficacy of cosmetic products, including a notable presentation at the IFSCC in 2012. Jamila's career also includes experience at L'Oréal, where formulas were developed without preservatives. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Physics and Chemistry with a specialization in the formulation of dispersed media from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie et de Physique de Bordeaux.
