Krunal Shah

Krunal Shah is an experienced professional in the financial services and marketing sectors, currently serving as DVP of Travel Co-brand Credit Cards at HDFC Bank since March 2019, after previously holding positions as AVP of Debit Card Portfolio and Senior Portfolio Manager for Debit Cards. Prior to HDFC Bank, Krunal worked at Reliance Retail in Strategic Marketing Alliances and at Nielsen as a Senior Research Analyst, where responsibilities included conducting simulated test marketing for major FMCG brands, managing a team of analysts, and optimizing product launches. Krunal holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Mumbai Educational Trust and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology.
