Rajeet Srivastava

Rajeet Srivastava has over two decades of experience in customer service, portfolio management, and sales across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Retail Portfolio Management professional at HDFC Bank since August 2018, Rajeet is responsible for managing receivables and monitoring delinquency parameters. Prior experience includes roles at Reliance Communications, first as Cluster Customer Service Head, followed by Location Team Lead - Customer Service, and Cluster Service Marketing Head. Rajeet also worked with Idea Cellular as Franchisee Operations, overseeing customer service for multiple showrooms, and started a career in channel sales at Pep Infotech Ltd. Rajeet holds an MBA in Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a BBA in Marketing from CCS University, Meerut.
