Czarnecky James

Czarnecky James is a seasoned professional in transportation planning and engineering, currently serving as Vice President at HDR since January 2017. Previously, Czarnecky held the position of Vice President and Director of Transportation Planning at Wight & Company from 2016 to 2017. A significant tenure at AECOM spanned from 2004 to 2016, where Czarnecky worked as Associate Vice President in the Transit & Rail division. Earlier roles included Senior Planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff and Senior Designer at Fluor Corporation, along with foundational experience as an Engineering Technician at McGill Smith Punshon, Inc. Czarnecky's academic background includes a Master's degree in Community Planning with a specialization in Transportation from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Columbus College of Art & Design.
