Derek Rohde

Derek Rohde PhD is a Learning Leader at HD Supply since August 2012, specializing in the application of technology to enhance the performance of frontline associates through strategy, learning design, eLearning, and leadership development. Prior roles included Senior Learning and Development Specialist at HD Supply, focusing on training programs for various business functions, and Learning and Performance Specialist at The Ken Blanchard Companies, where Derek managed performance improvement initiatives. In academia, Derek serves as Contributing Faculty and Dissertation Mentor at Walden University, teaching graduate-level courses in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and guiding doctoral research. Additionally, Derek has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Phoenix, mentoring doctoral candidates and teaching Organizational Psychology since November 2009. Educational qualifications include ongoing Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.
