One of the oldest and most respected early childhood education agencies in the nation. Currently the seventh largest non-profit organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We serve children (over 2,500) from birth to age 5 and pregnant mothers. Education is our primary product however health, nutrition, social & emotional development are addressed as well.  Parents are recognized as their child's primary teacher and encouraged to learn as much as they can to become partners with our staff in improving the lives of their children.

The Education and Development Team at Head Start of Greater Dallas is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and comprehensive support services. The team collaborates to develop and implement curriculum standards, integrate health and nutritional guidelines, and promote social and emotional growth.
