Ryan Joachim-Buth

Ryan Joachim-Buth is the current Secretary at Headway. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Support Consultant at Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services from July 2014 to March 2019. There, they implemented a successful change management strategy for launching a new Customer Relationship Management system to 488 team members while completing an 18-month project in 10 months. Additionally, they managed a new business development initiative to expand customer prospect base to businesses not funding payroll with a Wells Fargo account, which resulted in $.5M+ revenue and 2x sales close rate in the first year.

From July 2012 to July 2014, Joachim-Buth served as Executive Account Manager at Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services. In this role, they led a process improvement initiative to enhance the flow of information during new customer transitions from onboarding to ongoing servicing, resulting in improved customer and team member experiences. Ryan also salvaged an initiative to create a playbook for helping service teams reduce common customer escalations. The project had been stalled for a year, but successfully launched the playbook 3 months after adding Joachim-Buth to the team.

Before their time at Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services, Joachim-Buth worked as a Business Banker at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. from January 2011 to July 2012.

Ryan Joachim-Buth has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theater from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Ryan is also certified by the American Payroll Association in Fundemental Payroll Certification.
