Natalie Dunnege

Natalie Dunnege is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Headway. Previously, Natalie held various roles at Meta as a Recruiting Lead and at Binc as Recruiting Director, Recruiting Manager, and Recruiter. Additionally, Natalie has experience in account sales and management from a position at Trulia and has worked in fundraising as a Fundraising Manager and Fundraiser at Public Outreach Fundraising. Educationally, Natalie holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Marketing, both from Golden Gate University.
