Cyndi McCloud

Cyndi McCloud, MHA, has extensive experience in healthcare coordination and management, currently serving as a Complex Care Coordinator and formerly as an Outpatient Case Manager at Health Alliance Medical Plans since February 2014. Cyndi's previous roles include positions as a Transformational Lifestyle Coach at ReLook, a Member of the Board of Trustees-Finance for the Village of Sidney, and a Worker's Compensation Case Manager at Carle Foundation Hospital. Cyndi began their career as a Case Manager at Crosspoint Human Services. Academic qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Administration with a focus on Healthcare Informatics from Capella University, a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Eastern Illinois University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Parkland College, along with a high school college preparatory diploma from Oakwood High School.
