Ibrahim Almasri

Ibrahim AlMasri is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient experience, clinical research, and health program management. Currently serving as the Patient Experience Supervisor at Health Assurance Hospitals Company - DHAMAN since June 2023, Ibrahim previously held the role of Clinical Research Coordinator at W21C, University of Calgary, where significant contributions included communication with global health leaders and survey development. Additionally, Ibrahim co-founded the Diabetes Care Program for Refugees, establishing initiatives to support diabetic refugees in Lebanon. A former Medical Director at the Syrian American Medical Society, Ibrahim coordinated multiple health projects and advocacy campaigns across the Middle East. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Damascus University, a Master’s in Health Services Research from the University of Calgary, and a Project Management Certification from the same institution.
