Mu'taz Abu Fares is a Quality Manager with extensive experience in healthcare quality management and patient safety. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety at Health Assurance Hospitals Company - DHAMAN since October 2022, Mu'taz previously held positions as Quality & Patient Safety Director at Aljazeera Hospital and Head of Continuous Quality Improvement & NDNQI Coordinator at Armed Forces Hospital Jazan. Mu'taz has a strong background in quality management, risk management, infection control, and compliance, having also served as a Charge Nurse and Quality Champion at King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Quality Management from the University of Jordan and multiple certifications in healthcare quality, including Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Health Care Quality Practitioner (HCQP).
