Jon Galla

Jon Galla is an accomplished healthcare professional with over a decade of leadership experience at Healthfirst, currently serving as Assistant Vice President. In this role, Jon leads a team focused on enhancing customer experience through data-driven initiatives and oversees a cross-functional group of specialists. Previously, as Director of Business Strategy, Jon successfully expanded the provider incentive program significantly while managing large-scale clinical performance management initiatives. Jon also has a background in data analytics and reporting from their earlier positions, including Program Analyst and Database Coordinator, where Jon developed automated reporting tools and supported patient satisfaction research. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Providence College.
