Monique Florez has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Contracting & Network Development at Health Net since August 1997. Florez has held various positions within the company, including Regional Network Director, Regional Network Manager, and Contract Manager. Prior to Health Net, Florez worked at CareAmerica as a Contract Manager from February 1991 to August 1997. Florez holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, both from California State University, Northridge.
