Mei Fern Johnson

Mei Fern Johnson is an accomplished legal professional and business leader with extensive experience in the field of law and infrastructure. Currently a Partner at Russell McVeagh since 2004 and a Director at Crown Infrastructure Partners since March 2022, Mei Fern also serves as an Independent Member of the Capital and Infrastructure Board Committee at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand from August 2022 to September 2024. Prior to these roles, Mei Fern worked as a Solicitor at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts from 2000 to March 2004. Mei Fern holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an LLB (Hons) from The University of Auckland, earned between 1995 and 1999.
