Alex MacKenzie

Alex Mackenzie is an accomplished experience design professional currently serving as the Experience Design Lead at Health Partners since August 2023. As a Co-Founder of Tallulah Box since April 2021, Alex brings innovative insight to the business. Previously, Alex held the position of Senior Experience Design Consultant at NRI Australia & New Zealand from June 2021 to August 2023. This role followed extensive experience at Beyond Bank Australia, where Alex progressed through various positions from Member Services Consultant to Senior Customer Experience Analyst over nearly seven years. Alex holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, a Service Design degree from Academy Xi, and completed SACE Stage 2 at St John’s Grammar.
