Antoine Boyd

Antoine Boyd, MBA, CHFP, FHFMA, currently serves as an Auditor at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSAgov), HHS since April 2024. Boyd has extensive experience as an Independent Consultant since July 2014, specializing in financial planning and audit preparation for nonprofit finance departments. Previously, Boyd held the position of Controller at Behavioral Health System Baltimore from June 2020 to April 2024, overseeing publicly funded behavioral health services in collaboration with the Maryland Department of Health. Prior to that, Boyd was the Chief Financial Officer at Family Health Centers of Baltimore for eight years, directing fiscal policies and ensuring compliance with various grants and audits. Boyd's earlier roles include Controller and Senior Accountant at the same organization, along with positions at Comcast in various accounting and managerial capacities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from Frostburg State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and a Financial Management Certificate from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
