Andrea Meakin

Andrea Meakin has extensive experience in health services management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Health Services at Health Sciences Centre since May 2021, and previously held various leadership roles including Director of Health Services for the Medicine & Oncology Program. Prior to this, Andrea was the Regional Director of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and the Director of Resident Care Services at Riverview Health Centre. Andrea's background also includes managerial positions in allied health services. Academically, Andrea holds a Master's degree in Communication Disorders and a Graduate Certificate in Health Systems Leadership, along with education from prominent institutions such as Northern Arizona University and Royal Roads University.
