Jason Douglas

Jason Douglas has extensive experience in healthcare and fitness, currently serving as the Director of Health Services for Adult Surgery Inpatient & Procedures and the Surgical Process OR/MDR at Health Sciences Centre since March 2018. Prior roles at the same organization include Manager of Patient Care and Utilization Facilitator for the Surgery Program, alongside various nursing positions from February 2009 to January 2018. Jason also worked as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness from March 2018 to August 2022. In addition to healthcare roles, Jason contributed as a Volunteer Director and Rural Pride Coordinator for Pride Winnipeg Festival, and held the position of Community Liaison Director from April 2012 to November 2014. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Manitoba and has a CanFit Pro Certification earned between 2017 and 2020.
