Eric Hunter

Eric Hunter is the CEO of CareOregon. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the health care field, he brings deep knowledge of Medicaid policy, commercial plans, and the integration of medical and behavioral health care. Eric served most recently as the chief operating officer of Boston Medical Center Healthnet Plan. Previous roles include CEO of ValueOptions Behavioral Health in both Texas and Illinois, and CEO of Heartland Health Plan in Oklahoma. He also served as COO of Managed Health Services at Centene in Indiana and as COO of Total Carolina Care in South Carolina.
