Dr Deepa Desai

Dr Deepa Desai is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder and CEO of D Cube Consultancy since July 2021, Dr Desai also serves as a Founding Member and Lead for HBA India at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. In addition, Dr Desai holds positions as an Executive Learning Coach at INSEAD Executive Education and as an Advisor at Loyal VC. Notably, Dr Desai has held senior leadership roles at Fortrea and Labcorp Drug Development as Senior Vice President and Country Head for India. With a foundational career at IQVIA, Dr Desai excelled in roles such as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Vice President & Head of Core Clinical Global Delivery Network, where significant contributions were made to clinical research and operational excellence. Dr Desai's educational background includes a BHMS from Smt C.M.P.Homoeopathic Medical College and advanced leadership training from INSEAD and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
