Dawn Ellison, MD, CPC, is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a focus on communication, collaboration, and health equity. Currently serving as a Designer of Transformational Conversations and Meeting Excellence at both Healthcare Reinvention Collaborative and Medicine Forward, Dawn is dedicated to fostering voice equity and participative practices in healthcare. As President of Influencing Healthcare, LLC, and a Certified Resilience Trainer, Dawn aims to improve provider-patient relationships and enhance collaborative cultures in healthcare settings. Additionally, as a Physician Consultant and Peer Coach at Vital Work/Life, Dawn offers interventions and workshops aimed at promoting physician well-being. With a strong clinical background as an Emergency Medicine Physician and extensive education, including an MD from the University of Minnesota Medical School, Dawn combines clinical expertise with leadership and coaching skills to drive transformative practices in the healthcare sector.
