David Hernandez

David Hernandez is an experienced Physical Therapist with a robust background in home health and hospice care, currently serving at HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice and Harmony Home Health since 2020 and 2017, respectively. David's expertise includes working with Division 1 athletes as a part-time Physical Therapist at Saint Mary's College of California and roles in outpatient orthopedic settings at Muir Orthopaedic Specialist and during clinical affiliations with Providence Health & Services and Kaiser Permanente. The educational journey includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge, a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Medicine from the University of the Pacific, and an Associate's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Santa Rosa Junior College. Additionally, David has experience in coaching and instruction as the Head Swim Coach and Private Lesson Instructor at Stockton Golf and Country Club.
