Evan Regan

Evan Regan is a Registered Dietitian at HealthHero, providing nutrition support for various patient groups under VHI and Irish Life Health Insurances since January 2024. Concurrently, Evan holds multiple roles including Head of Performance Nutrition for both the Mayo GAA County Board and the Ladies Gaelic Football Association since January 2019, as well as operating Evan Regan Nutrition. Previous experience includes serving as Lead Academy Performance Dietitian at Munster Rugby and a Performance Dietitian Intern with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Additionally, Evan contributed to education as a Lecturer for the Football Association of Ireland. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Limerick and other advanced degrees in Strength & Conditioning and Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Ulster University.
