Natalia Dorf Biderman

Natalia Dorf Biderman, MD, SFHM, serves as a Senior Medical Advisor for Clinician Well-being at HealthPartners since July 2022 and holds the position of Chief of Staff Elect at Methodist Hospital, where also chairs the HP Clinician Wellbeing task force. With a longstanding role at Park Nicollet Health Services since October 2010, Natalia is the Clinical Documentation Integrity Medical Director and Well-being committee Chair, focusing on enhancing documentation practices and employee wellbeing initiatives. Additionally, Natalia is a Hospital Medicine Physician and part of the Hospital Medicine Leadership team at Methodist Hospital, serving as the Professional Satisfaction Medical Director. Serving as the Physician Wellbeing Advisory committee chair for the Minnesota Medical Association since March 2021, Natalia's educational background includes an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Minnesota and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad de la Republica.
