Dawn Katter

Dawn Katter currently serves as the Director - Regional Property Manager at Healthpeak Properties, Inc., overseeing 30 properties, which include medical office buildings and retail spaces. Previously, Dawn Katter held the position of Property Manager at The Boyer Company from September 2013 to September 2024. Dawn Katter has extensive experience in property management, having worked in various roles such as Senior Property Manager and Marketing Director at Trolley Square for different companies, including Trigild Inc., UNICO Properties, Transwestern, NAI Utah, and Simon Property Group. Notably, during the tenure at Simon Property Group, Dawn Katter managed an $80 million renovation project, which included significant structural and landscaping improvements. Education was completed at Brighton High School.
