Jacky Chen

Jacky Chen, PharmD, MSHI, is a Clinical Informatics Specialist at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, responsible for collaborating with management and clinicians to design, implement, and maintain clinical systems since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jacky served as a Staff Pharmacist at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where consultation on medication use and management of pharmacy operations were key responsibilities. Experience also includes an internship at Whitehall Pharmacy, where Jacky provided patient counseling under supervision, and roles at Mylan Specialty that involved product safety and risk management, as well as medical affairs. Jacky holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from West Virginia University, a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of South Florida, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
