Sarah Walters

Sarah Walters, MMHC, MSN, APRN, CPNP-AC, serves as the Clinical Resource Manager at HealthTrust Performance Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Executive Director at HOSA-Future Health Professionals from August 2022 to July 2024, and also served as Deputy Executive Director. Sarah's extensive experience in pediatric care includes a tenure at Monroe Carell Jr Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt from August 2006 to August 2022, where Sarah worked primarily as a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and also contributed as a Nurse Practitioner for Pediatric Critical Care and Registered Nurse in Pediatric Critical Care. Sarah's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, a Master of Science in Nursing Science from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Austin Peay State University.
