Taryn Jones Laeben

Taryn Jones Laeben is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory roles and investment at various companies. As the Founding Partner and President of IRL Ventures since January 2019, Taryn leads an early-stage advisory and investment firm focused on enhancing operational excellence in startups. In addition to this role, Taryn serves as an Executive Board Member at Getaway, a Board Advisor at Paradero Hotels, and President of HealthyBaby. Taryn also holds several Executive Advisor positions at Jinx, Zeera, Gabbi, and Cooper Parenting. Furthermore, Taryn is a Founding Member of Chief and recently served as a Board Member at CAMP, a family experience company. Taryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and has a strong educational background from The Hotchkiss School.
