Reinette Sutcliffe

Reinette Weideman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as Country Head at hear.com since April 2020, Reinette previously held various positions at Bain & Company from January 2014 to April 2020, including Manager, Case Team Leader, and Consultant. Reinette's academic background includes a Master of Science in Human Genetics from the University of Cape Town, where research focused on the pharmacogenetics of medications for Bipolar Disorder, alongside significant involvement in student governance and research mentorship. Reinette also gained laboratory experience as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Stellenbosch and holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology.
