Ashley Shorb

Ashley Shorb, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Heart of Florida Health Center since June 2024. Shorb has a strong history of leadership within the Ocala Human Resource Management Association, holding the position of President since January 2019, as well as previously serving as President Elect and Treasurer. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Human Resources at Hospice of Marion County, Senior Human Resources Manager at Colen Built Development, and Vice President of Human Resources at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union. Ashley began a career in banking at Wachovia Bank and transitioned into retail management with Kirkland's. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Rasmussen College and a diploma from the Florida School of Banking.
