Elise Power is a dedicated professional in the field of hospice care, currently serving as a Jewish Hospice Specialist at Heart to Heart Hospice since August 2024. With extensive experience in various roles, including Jewish Hospice Community Liaison at Faith Presbyterian Hospice and Jewish Community Liaison at The Legacy at Home, Elise has focused on maintaining Jewish traditions and educating communities about hospice services.
