The Assessment and Evaluation team at Heart Trust National Training Agency is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing rigorous assessment standards to ensure that training programs meet international qualifications. This team collaborates with industry stakeholders to align assessments with workforce needs, evaluates trainee performance, and continuously improves evaluation methodologies to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of vocational training in Jamaica.
