Rob McDonnell

Rob McDonnell is an experienced business leader with a strong background in strategy, corporate development, and acquisitions. McDonnell currently serves as Chief Development Officer and Chief Acquisition Officer at HeartLand, LLC. Previously, McDonnell held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at United Site Services and served as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at BrightView following its merger in 2014. Earlier career highlights include a Vice President role at ValleyCrest Companies and experience in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. McDonnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
