Juliette Houseman

Juliette Houseman, PHR SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources and Benefits Manager at Heartland AEA since July 2023, after holding the position of Benefits Specialist at the same organization since January 2014. Prior to their tenure at Heartland AEA, Juliette worked at Lennox International as a Human Resources Generalist II from June 1991 to August 2013. Juliette holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree with a minor in English from Iowa State University, emphasizing Humanities, Communication and Arts, and Social Sciences.
