Devan Dean

Devan Dean is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and dental industries. Since January 2011, Devan has held various roles at Heartland Dental, currently serving as the Director of Development Systems, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and enhancement of technology solutions for the Development Team. Prior to this role, Devan was the Project Controls & Systems Manager and Project Administration Manager, facilitating the development and construction of dental practices to improve community healthcare. Devan’s earlier experience includes positions at Mathias Corporation as Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer, focusing on preconstruction services, and at Thompson Thrift Construction, Inc. as Safety Assistant and Assistant Superintendent. Devan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University.
